This list outlines the list of errors that can be expected when a library site is trying to access the system and there is an error that looks like this:
Error: you are not authenticated to access this page. (Error 45301)
Here are the list of errors and their description:

| 45301 | The URL the site is using is incorrect. The system was not able to find a URL equivalent to this site |
| 45302 | Can happen with LTI and CAS when the Client Key is incorrect. |
| 45304 | This is a failure to authenticate. Either the referral URL is incorrect with no validation pattern, IP Address is incorrect. |
